We Are The Ocean was a post-hardcore (early)/rock (later) band from Loughton, Essex, England, United Kingdom.
They formed in 2007 as "Dead But Still Dreaming" and subsequently renamed to "We Are The Ocean". Consisting of vocalist/guitarist Liam Cromby, guitarist Alfie Scully, bassist Jack Spence, and drummer Tom Whittaker. Harsh vocalist Dan Brown left the band in 2012. They were signed to Hassle Records in the United Kingdom and SideOneDummy Records in the United States. After disbanding in 2017, the band returned for a one-of show at Omeara (London) on October 15, 2022.
