Test Drive (1987)
TODO: Figure out who composed the "original soundtrack". On PC version, music is in form of CD-Audio playable using WMP or Media Player Classic. No song titles displayed in the game. No menu to disable or enable songs. Seems that all the songs can be played in both menu and gameplay.
