Singer-songwriter and producer from Columbus, Ohio now based in Los Angeles, California.
Best known as one-half of [a=The Valentine Brothers] with his brother [a=John Denham (2)] aka [a=John Valentine (2)].
Toured with [a=Young Holt Unlimited] in the early 1970s and the original road company of The Wiz.
Worked on a number of projects with Bryan Loren in the 1980s.
Established a songwriting partnership with [a=Bob Thiele Jr.] who enlisted Billy as a vocalist on soundtracks for TV shows such as Boston Legal and Sons of Anarchy.
Thiele went on to produce Billy's 2023 comeback album [m=3032090] for the revived [l=Flying Dutchman] label.
Brother of [a=Alvin Valentine].
