Belgian act, formed in 1989 by [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/31127-Signal-Aout-42]SA42[/url] members Jacky Meurisse & Bruno Van Garsse. From 1989 - 1992 the band were known for a New Beat / Belgian Techno sound. In 1993 they changed to a more commercial Euro House / Pop sound.
