Info about King Giddra

King Giddra (aka. キングギドラ) was a Hip-Hop trio composed of K Dub Shine (MC), Zeebra (MC) and DJ Oasis (DJ + occasional MC). Formed in 1993, they debuted in 1995 under P-Vine with the Sora Kara No Chikara (空からの力) album. After some singles, the group stopped until 2002, when they released some more singles, the Saishuu Heiki (最終兵器) album and its remixed version. The group disbanded in 2003 and all three members continued their successful solo careers that they started after the first King Giddra album.

Besides groups like Rhymester, Buddha Brand and others they are considered to be amongst the most important pioneers of Japanese hip-Hop.
