Info about Big Daddy Kane
Rapper & producer from Brooklyn, New York City. Born September 10, 1968. The name "Kane" was inspired by the character from the TV show Kung Fu, while "Big Daddy" came from Vincent Price’s character in the film Beach Party. Eventually he backronym-ed Kane to mean "King Asiatic Nobody's Equal." Emerged in the late 1980s as a key member of the [a=Juice Crew All Stars].
